The partner you meet is the partner who does the work.

Harry & Co was founded in 2004 by lawyers who had spent years at large firms and wanted to practise differently: smaller teams, clearer fees, and advice a busy executive can act on.

How we work

Partners do the work

The person you meet at the first call is the person who leads your matter. We keep teams small so that stays true.

Fees you can plan around

Most work is quoted as a fixed or capped fee for each phase. When that is not possible, we say why and report spend monthly.

Advice in plain language

You get a recommendation, not a list of risks. Our memos are short and say what we would do in your position.
