What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number and a description of your matter. We also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, check for conflicts of interest, and, if you instruct us, to provide legal services. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months. Client files are kept for the period our professional rules require, usually seven years after a matter closes.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to privacy@harryandco.com. We reply within 30 days.
