Margaret founded Harry & Co in 2004 after twelve years in the corporate group of a large New York firm. She wanted a practice where the partner who wins the work is the partner who does it.
She advises founders, family owners and private equity sponsors on acquisitions, sales and recapitalizations, and sits as outside counsel to several boards.
